OUR TECHNOLOGY

FEATHER LIGHT CONSTRUCTION

Double Layer Fusion Technology is a construction process used in Aircrafts, Space, SUP and Surfing Boards. It is a volumetric reconstruction where machine heat is used to pressure and fuse two layers of PVC together. It is more environmentally friendly since it eliminates the use of glue.

Double Layer Fusion contributes to a lightweight, stiff, rigid, strong boards that far less likely to puncture and offers long-time use. Double Layer Fusion technology is recognized as leading construction process that performs better. This innovative technology is used in all DOOUTDOORS boards.

Top and bottom of the board is directly machine heat laminated to the core (drop-stitch material) with high density structural PVC under controlled conditions. This is done at the raw material stage offering ultimate performance of quality, stiffness, bonding, rigidity, durability and light weight end-product. DOOUTDOORS boards are produced with strong core material and better long run performance that will help you to enjoy a smooth ride on the water.
